Gregory Cohen

Gregory Cohen has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Gregory served as the Chief Investment Officer at Metropolitan Properties, Inc. from 2018. In 2023, they founded and became the Managing Partner of Tiburon Holdings LLC. Prior to that, Gregory worked in real estate investments at Ladder Capital Finance LLC from 2016 to 2018 and at CIT from 2014 to 2016. Gregory also has experience in real estate brokerage at Colliers from 2012 to 2014.
