Joshua Pierce, CPP, CIPM, IICI, is an experienced professional with a background in security management and training. As the Founder of The Nines Project since October 2019, Joshua has developed and executed strategic initiatives that align with market trends while fostering an inclusive corporate culture focused on innovation and operational excellence. Joshua's extensive experience includes serving as Training Manager at Walden Security, where responsibilities include planning and delivering training programs for security personnel, and prior roles such as Academy Training Manager and Field Supervisor. Additional experience includes directing training at Frontier Firearms LLC, managing contract activities at EOD Technology, and overseeing dining services at DoubleTree by Hilton.
