Joel Sackman is a seasoned professional in software development and management, currently serving as the President of Metropolitan Software, a leader in labor management solutions and an ADP business partner since 1994. Joel founded Metropolitan Software, initially a technical consulting firm providing custom software solutions. Prior to this, Joel gained experience as a consultant for Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and as the founder of Digital Scout, Inc., which specialized in multimedia database products for college athletics. Earlier in the career, Joel held roles at AICorp, Hewlett-Packard, and completed a BS in Management and Technology from The Wharton School.
