David Pulloquinga

David Pulloquinga is a technology coordinator with extensive experience in software development and application analysis. Since January 2020, David has held multiple roles at Metropolitan Touring, focusing on supporting organizational applications and optimizing processes. Prior experience includes positions as a Software Developer at GoPato and Ennube Solutions, as well as an internship at Findasense and the Ministry of Tourism. David has a Doctor of Law degree from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja and an Engineer's degree in Software Engineering from Universidad de las Fuerzas Armadas - ESPE. Currently, David is pursuing programming studies in Swift and iOS at Flatiron School.
