Doug Schultz

Doug Schultz is an experienced operations supervisor currently at MetroPower since August 2022, previously serving as a department manager at Pieper Electric, Inc. from October 2014 to November 2022. At Pieper Electric, Schultz excelled in fostering relationships with various stakeholders, maintaining safety standards with zero infractions, and surpassing budgetary goals quarterly. Schultz also managed project budgets, estimates, and schedules while leading teams of Project Managers, Electricians, and Construction Workers. Prior to Pieper Electric, Schultz founded and operated Hartland Electric LLC, effectively growing the business during an economic recession. Schultz holds multiple degrees and certifications, including Leadership Development from Waukesha County Technical College, Certified Master Electrician, and certifications in fire and water damage restoration.
