Luis Per

Luis Per is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in project management and construction supervision, particularly in the hydroelectric sector. Currently serving as Ingeniero residente at METROPROYECTOS, Luis oversees the development of major commercial centers in Chimaltenango and Escuintla. Previously, at PROYECTA INGENIEROS CONSULTORES Y CONSTRUCTORES, Luis focused on project planning and investment proposals aimed at social housing development. With a background that includes roles in financial analysis and external project supervision, Luis has contributed to various projects, including significant hydroelectric initiatives, throughout a career that began in 2012. Luis holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala and a secondary education degree in Computer Science.
