Laina Abolfazli

Laina Abolfazli, LCSW is currently the Director of Inclusion at MetroWest YMCA, where Laina works with educators, public schools, and community organizations to support children with high needs. Laina also serves as an Inclusion Specialist, assisting in developing behavior plans and coaching teachers on individual strategies. Prior to this role, Laina was the CFCE Coordinator, planning and facilitating early literacy and parent/child enrichment groups. From 2015 to 2017, Laina was the School's Out Site Director at Potter Road Elementary School. Laina is currently pursuing their Master of Social Work degree at Simmons University, after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Elementary/Special Education from the University of Hartford.
