Alan Young

Alan Young is a seasoned Service Delivery Manager currently employed at Metso, specializing in Data & Cloud across the APAC, India, and China regions. They previously held the same role at Bekkers from 2014 to 2018, and served as a Facility Manager at Metso Outotec between 2020 and 2022. Prior to these positions, Alan managed the I.T. Service Desk at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Trust from 2008 to 2011 and contributed to various other IT support roles. Alan holds a degree in Computing from Liverpool John Moores University, which they completed from 1997 to 1999.
