Earlier experience includes roles at Metso, where Amy managed North American Distributor operations and warehousing logistics, alongside ISO quality management responsibilities, demonstrating expertise in process improvement, team leadership, and operational development. Amy's career began at RR Donnelley, where significant contributions to continuous improvement and account management were made across multiple facilities.
