George Wei

George Wei is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the aggregates and construction materials industry. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Metso since July 2019, George Wei focuses on expanding midmarket business across China and other regions. Prior to Metso, George Wei held positions including VGM at Guantian Dongsheng J.V., responsible for quarry and downstream business development in northwest China, and Business Development Manager at Guangdong Dongsheng Industrial Group, where strategy planning and opportunity seeking for aggregate business development were key responsibilities. George Wei's earlier roles at CRH involved management positions in operations and engineering pertaining to aggregates and concrete.
