Lauri Kuisma

Lauri Kuisma is an experienced procurement professional specializing in project procurement management, with a focus on separation and plant solutions. Currently serving as Project Procurement Manager for Metso since May 2023, Lauri oversees the complete procurement process and collaborates closely with engineering and project management teams. Prior roles include Project Procurement Manager for Metso Outotec, procurement responsibilities at ValueSource Partners Oy for major projects, and strategic buying for Nextrom, where skills in contract negotiation and supplier management were developed.
