Lily Wu

Lily Wu is an accomplished human resources executive with over two decades of experience in HR leadership. Since October 2010, Lily has served as the VP of Human Resources at Metso Outotec, overseeing a team of 40 HR professionals and managing full-scale HR operations for approximately 4,000 employees across three business segments in Metso China. Prior to this role, Lily worked at BP (China) Holdings Ltd. from December 2003 to December 2008 as the China Human Resources Manager, where responsibilities included HR integration management. Earlier in her career, from February 1996 to December 2003, Lily led HR Shared Services at Motorola (China) Electronics Ltd. Lily holds an MBA in Strategy Management from Nankai University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Guilin University of Electronic Technology.
