Marcelo Motti

Marcelo Motti is a seasoned executive in the mining and construction sectors, currently serving as the Vice President of Sales & Service at Metso Outotec since July 2020. Motti has been with Metso since August 2000, holding various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President for the Brazil Market Area, responsible for Mining and Construction, Vice President for South America overseeing Flow Control and Process Automation Systems, and General Manager for South America managing Flow Control operations. Motti’s academic qualifications include a Navigator Management Program from IMD Business School and an MBA in Marketing from ESPM, alongside a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá.
