Max Koepf

Max Koepf currently serves as the Head of Technology and R&D at Metso since April 2021, focusing on technology, process, and product development within the Ferrous & Heat Transfer business line. Prior to this role, Max was the Head of Service Product Management for the Business Lines Aluminium, Metals & Chemical Processing at Metso Outotec, where responsibilities included business development, service product management, and P&L oversight. Max's prior experience at Outotec included managerial roles in service sales across the Americas, strategic development for the South American service business, and product engineering roles. Max holds multiple degrees from RWTH Aachen University, including Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur and Diplom-Ingenieur in Metallurgy and Materials Engineering.
