Michael Duffy

Michael Duffy is an experienced sales and account management professional with over 30 years in the mechanical seal and fluid handling industry. Currently serving as Site Account Manager for Metso in the MA NCA Eastern USA region since March 2021, Michael previously held the position of Sales Manager at AESSEAL Inc. from July 2017 to March 2021. Prior to this, Michael dedicated 21 years to John Crane, Inc., progressing through various roles including Regional Sales and Service Manager and Global Strategic Account Manager, where responsibilities included training teams, negotiating contracts, and implementing marketing strategies. Michael's career began with roles at John Crane, Nalco Chemical, and Contech from 1987 to 1996, focusing on project development and integration with large engineering firms. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University between 1983 and 1987.
