Mika Illi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product engineering and filtration processes. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering for Filtration at Metso since May 2023, Mika has held notable positions such as Head of Concentrate Filters PG and Head of Product Engineering - Filtration at Metso Outotec from August 2020 to May 2021. Prior to this, Mika worked at Outotec as Technical Director - Filtration and Product Manager for Ceramic filter media and Strategic components from October 2017 to August 2020. Mika holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering from Tampere University of Technology, attained between 1999 and 2003.
