Mugabe Sepeng

Mugabe Sepeng (MBA) currently serves as the Sustainability and Quality Manager for Africa at Metso, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Mugabe held various managerial roles at Sundays River Citrus Company (SRCC) from November 2017 to July 2023, including Packhouse Operations Manager and Engineering Manager. In addition, Mugabe contributed as an Economic Development Volunteer at Sunday’s River Valley Collaborative and as a Director and Board Member at Ikamva Lethu Farms (PTY) LTD between October 2018 and July 2023. Experiential foundations were established at Ceramic Industries and LafargeHolcim, where managerial and engineering responsibilities were undertaken, with initial engineering experience gained at BHP and Samancor Chrome. Mugabe holds an MBA from Rhodes University and an Honours degree in Engineering and Technology Management, alongside a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pretoria.
