Silu Kong is a dedicated HR professional with over ten years of experience in global and local HR roles, specializing in SAP SuccessFactors and people analytics. They currently serve as a People Analytics Manager at Metso, where they leverage their expertise in system implementations and data storytelling. Previously, Silu has held significant positions as a Senior HR Specialist at ANDRITZ Hydro and as a Global HRIS Specialist at Vaisala, driving HR operations and optimizing HR technology solutions.
