Steve Trim

Steve Trim is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in financial management and accounting spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Metso since February 2020, Steve has led month-end accounting tasks, reconciliations, and reporting, while coordinating transition efforts following mergers. Prior to Metso, Steve held various finance roles, including Finance Manager at Arenko Group, where streamlined month-end reporting processes were implemented, and Financial Controller at Waterman Group, contributing to the implementation of compliance frameworks and managing statutory reporting requirements. Other previous positions include Finance Manager at Contechs, where new processes and controls were developed, and Management Accountant at The Rug Company, where an in-house finance function for U.S. subsidiaries was established. Steve holds a Master's degree in Accountancy and is ACCA qualified.
