Subhashis Ghosh

Subhashis Ghosh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the minerals processing industry, currently serving as Vice President of the Metallurgical Center of Excellence at Metso since August 2020. In this role, Subhashis leads technology competence centers and drives strategic initiatives for concentrator plant projects, having previously held positions such as Vice President and Product Group Head for Concentrator Plants. Prior to joining Metso, Subhashis held various leadership roles at Outotec, including Director of Process Technologies and Senior Technology Manager, where responsibilities encompassed global process technology leadership and customer-oriented technical sales. Additional experience includes senior managerial positions at McNally Bharat Engineering Company and Hindustan Zinc Limited, with a strong emphasis on business development and project management. Subhashis holds a Master of Engineering degree in Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering, complemented by participation in the Outotec Global Leadership Program.
