Tom MacKay

Tom Mackay is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical reliability. Currently serving as Digital Inspections Manager at Metso since October 2023, Tom previously held key positions at Glencore CSA Mine, where responsibilities included Projects Manager and Project Engineer from September 2020 to September 2023. Tom's background also includes serving as Lead Estimator at Hort Enterprises and various engineering roles at Newcrest Mining, including Senior Mechanical Reliability Engineer. Tom's career began at Hatch, where roles spanned from Project Engineer to Design Engineer. Tom holds a Master's degree in Maintenance and Reliability Engineering from Monash University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from the University of Wollongong.
