Victor Silén

Victor Silén is a Process Metallurgist at Metso since October 2023 and co-founder of Silén Brothers Coaching, where coaching has been undertaken since March 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Thesis Worker and Trainee at Metso Outotec, specializing in process metallurgy for the recycling of Li-ion batteries, and a Summer Trainee as Product Owner/Project Manager at FREE.fi, managing development features for an app. Additional experience involves customer service development at Free-Laskutus, and coaching sailing at Nyländska Jaktklubben NJK and the Zoom8 world championships for Team Finland. Victor holds a Master’s degree from Aalto University and has completed training at the Finnish Defence Forces Reserve Officer School.
