Ashley Taylor

Ashley Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ashley is currently working at MetTel since 2020, where they hold the role of Executive Director, Mobility Operations since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Renewals, Mobility and IoT at MetTel from August 2020 to August 2021.

Before joining MetTel, Ashley spent two years at CentralReach as the Manager, Customer Sales from August 2019 to May 2020, and as a National Account Executive from October 2018 to August 2019.

In 2017, Ashley worked at ForeSee as an Enterprise Account Manager, responsible for customer experience measurement and improvement. Their role involved utilizing the ForeSee CX Suite and implementing VOC programs for various industries. Ashley worked at ForeSee for about a year, from May 2017 to October 2018.

Prior to their role at ForeSee, Ashley worked at iCIMS for six years, starting in October 2011. Ashley held the position of Strategic Account Manager, Enterprise, where they focused on maintaining strong relationships with key clients, promoting renewals, expansions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ashley's earlier work experience includes working as a Part-Time Producer and Senior Account Executive at York Jersey Underwriters from March 2009 onwards, and as a Credit Manager at Wells Fargo Financial from September 2008 to March 2009.

Their career began at Allstate Insurance Company in June 2002, where they worked as an Account Manager and Compliance Manager for over six years until September 2008.

Ashley Taylor attended Monmouth University from 2004 to 2008, earning a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Economics.
