Ben Sherman serves as the Program Director at MetTel since July 2013, where responsibilities include conducting Joint Operating Procedural meetings, presenting operational KPIs, and facilitating stakeholder discussions to enhance service delivery and client engagement. Earlier experience includes a supervisory position in the Renewals Department at MicroEdge, managing renewal operations and team direction, as well as roles at Swiss Re, Dechert LLP, Jones Day, and Ernst & Young in various legal and paralegal capacities. Ben earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Stockton University in 2006.
