Joe Farano

Joe Farano currently serves as General Counsel at MetTel, a position held since September 2013, having previously worked as Associate General Counsel and Corporate Counsel within the same organization from September 2010 to 2013. Farano provides legal counsel and advice to a communications solution provider focused on enterprise and government agencies. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Fried Frank, representing issuers and underwriters in securities transactions, and working as a Law Clerk at the Civil Trial Clinic. Farano began a career in engineering, with roles as a Software Engineer at DSPCon and Test Engineer at Algen and Tellium, among others. Farano holds a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, attained between 2004 and 2007.
