Kandi Hart

Kandi Hart is an experienced professional in contract management with over 20 years in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Contracts Federal Programs at MetTel since October 2017, Kandi previously held the position of Contract Manager at CenturyLink from July 2007 to October 2017, specializing in managing DOD contracts and subcontracts. Earlier experience includes serving as a Contract Manager for GSA through Spencer Reed Group, Inc. from March 1999 to February 2004, where responsibilities involved competing for and managing AF contracts for the General Services Administration. Kandi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Charter Oak State College, completed between 2001 and 2004.
