Mark Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Mark started their career as an Electrician Apprentice at IBEW in 1984 and worked there until 1986. Mark then worked as a Telecommunications Analyst at NUS Consulting Group from 1990 to 1992. From 1992 to 1996, Mark served as an AVP Information Systems at Lehman Brothers, managing IT systems and projects. Afterwards, they joined Prudential Financial as an Assistant Vice President, where they oversaw communication equipment and network services. In 1998, Mark became the IT Director at Prime Hospitality, responsible for managing IT systems and networks for multiple locations. Mark then worked as an Associate Director at Bear Stearns from 2005 to 2008, providing leadership in developing and implementing telecommunications strategies. Mark joined Tangoe in 2008 as the Director of Telecommunications Engineering and Asset Management, leading operations for two divisions of the company. Currently, they are working at MetTel as the Vice President Client Services Enterprise/Federal, overseeing client operations and driving revenue retention and growth.
Mark Marshall attended Ramapo College of New Jersey from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Business/Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Paramus High School from 1980 to 1984. In terms of additional certifications, Mark completed a course called "Leadership Stories: 5-Minute Lessons in Leading People" offered by LinkedIn, although the specific date of completion is unknown.
