Michael de Santo

Michael De Santo has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael began their career as a Network Engineer at XO A Verizon Company in 2005 and worked in this role for over 12 years. In 2018, they joined MetTel as a Network Operations Manager before transitioning to the role of Telecom Specialist/Project Manager at New York City Transit. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Network Operations at MetTel, a role they have been in since 2019.

Michael De Santo obtained an Associate's degree in Telecommunications Management from DeVry University. Michael also holds certifications in CCNA and CCNP Route from Cisco.
