Philip Allen

Director Enterprise Care

Philip Allen has extensive experience in customer care and program management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Care at MetTel since July 2016, having previously held roles such as Senior Program Director and Program Director within the same company. Prior to MetTel, Philip worked at Tangoe from November 2006 to July 2016 in various capacities, including Product Support Manager and Support Engineer. Philip's earlier career includes a position as General Manager at Mail Workshop and as a Customer Service Adviser at Nationwide Building Society. Educational background includes attendance at William Lee Sixth Form College from 1997 to 1999 and Colonel Frank Seely School from 1992 to 1997.
