Ryan Ritchie

Ryan Ritchie has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Ryan started their career at Verizon Wireless in 2010 as a Supervisor-EDTS Tech Support, where they worked until 2012. Ryan then moved to Verizon Enterprise Solutions and served as a Supervisor-WEHD Tech Support before joining MetTel in 2015. At MetTel, they held various managerial roles, including Manager Wireless and Manager Provisioning and Repair. In 2019, Ryan became the Director Mobility at MetTel, and in 2020, they were promoted to the position of Director Wireless Engineering, which they currently hold.

Ryan Ritchie earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University in 2014. Ryan also studied System Networking at Strayer University-Utah. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CIW Web Foundations Associate from CIW and CompTIA N+ from CompTIA.
