Spencer Ames is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and project management within the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Product Manager at MetTel since August 2021, Spencer is responsible for the product strategy and lifecycle of the Contact Center Solution. Prior to this role, Spencer held various positions at MetTel, including Project Manager, and at NICE inContact as an Implementation Manager.
