Simon Samuel has over twenty years of experience working with C-Suite leadership teams across the US and UK, focusing on transformational hiring. Currently, Simon serves as a Partner at Recruitment Capital Ventures, where they support UK-based start-ups in the talent and recruitment sector. Simon is also the Founder of Talentedge and Troi, providing media and technology recruitment solutions, and has been actively involved as a Non-Executive Board Member for multiple organizations, including MeVitae and Consumer Additions. They earned a BA in Geography from the University of Liverpool and an Executive MBA from London Business School.
