Marek Oktábec

Marek Oktábec has extensive experience in IT security and support, currently serving as IT Security and Compliance Manager at Mews since April 2021, after progressing through roles including Senior IT Security Engineer and IT Security Engineer. Prior to Mews, Marek held the position of Head of Support and Technology at HH Global following the acquisition of EYELEVEL, where Marek was also the Head of Support and Technology, as well as IT Support Lead and IT Support Specialist. Beginning a career at AVG Technologies as an IT Support Specialist, Marek developed expertise in supporting Windows end-user platforms and hardware. Marek holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague and graduated in Information Technologies from Soukromá střední škola výpočetní techniky.
