Michael Ruml

Michael Ruml is currently the Director of Engineering at Mews Multi-property, where Michael leads delivery teams towards self-managed teams, agile development, and a focus on quality. Previously, Michael worked at Twisto as an Engineering Manager, driving a complete overhaul of the QA process and challenging the status quo between product and delivery teams. With experience at SolarWinds as an Engineering Manager and Program Manager, Michael has also worked on UI development and release coordination. Additionally, Michael has a background in project management, graphic design, and social media management from various other roles in the industry. Michael holds a Master's degree in Service Science, Management, and Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics.
