Matteo E. serves as the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of the R&D Division at Baasbox since July 2016, overseeing development activities and pursuing research to enhance business processes and innovate technology. Matteo E. also manages recruitment, training, and project management, with a focus on Agile methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Developer and Developer at Baasbox, where skills in front-end and back-end technologies were developed. Additionally, Matteo E. has worked as Head of Development at Hub Turistico, contributed to the fintech sector at Xriba, and co-founded Relactional Design, emphasizing user rights in design. Furthermore, Matteo E. has freelanced, worked as a web developer and graphic designer, and gained IT experience at Radisson Blu. Current education includes pursuit of an Airline Transport Pilot License at Bristol Groundschool after obtaining a private pilot license.
