Jack Whitmore is currently a Repair Engineer at Meyer Tool, Inc., with prior experience as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Globus Medical and a Pool Technician at SwimSafe Pool Management, Inc. Jack participated in the University of Dayton Solar Splash project as Hull Team Lead, focusing on creating a solar-powered boat for competition. During a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at AtriCure, Inc., Jack worked on prototyping fixtures to improve manufacturing processes, while also conducting device testing. As a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at NuVasive, Jack optimized manufacturing components for safety and efficiency. Jack began a career in engineering as a Research Assistant at the University of Dayton Research Institute, contributing to life prediction models for the U.S. Air Force. Jack holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton, expected in 2025.
