Robert Lenardi has a diverse range of experience in the manufacturing industry. Robert is currently the Director of Kentucky Operations at Meyer Tool, Inc., where they support and drives operational excellence in the aerospace and gas turbine engine industries. Prior to that, Lenardi served as the Vice President of Operations at Precision Gear Incorporated, Vice President of Business Process Integration at Telephonics, and General Manager at Air Industries Group, Nassau Tool Works. Robert also held various roles at CIRCOR Aerospace & Defense, including Vice President Global Operations, General Manager, and Director of Operations. Lenardi started their career at Curtiss Wright Controls, where they served as the Continuous Improvement Manager and Production Control Manager. Robert began their professional journey as the Vice President of Operations at Thomas C. Wilson Inc., overseeing order realization, engineering, new product development, and manufacturing. Throughout their career, Lenardi has focused on achieving operational excellence, implementing lean manufacturing practices, and driving growth for their organizations.
Robert Lenardi attended Locust Valley High School from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a NY State Regents Diploma. Robert then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1986. In 1995, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, which they completed in 1998. In 2008, Robert obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Lockheed Martin. Finally, from 2023 to 2025, they attended MIT Professional Education to further their knowledge in Operations Management and Supervision.
