Derek Markle

Derek Markle is a seasoned attorney currently serving as an Associate at Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP since February 2022. Prior to this role, Derek practiced law at McGrath McCall, P.C. from March 2019 to January 2022, representing financial institutions and businesses in various legal matters including corporate governance, litigation, and banking. Derek's experience also includes complex class action litigation at Carlson Lynch Sweet Kilpela & Carpenter, LLP, and valuable judicial internships at both the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and The Superior Court of Pennsylvania. An alumnus of Penn State Dickinson School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree, Derek has a solid educational foundation complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Saint Francis University.
