Carla Ricks

Carla Ricks, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People and Culture Senior Coordinator at Managed Funds Association, a role begun in January 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Kaiser Associates, and a progressive career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where Carla held multiple roles including Senior Corporate Recruiter and Operations Analyst. Carla also contributed to the National FFA Organization in advocacy and communications capacities and worked with Randstad USA as a Staffing Consultant. Earlier experience at Volvo Group involved various roles in sales coordination and marketing support. Carla Ricks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Education and Communications from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, with foundational education from E.E. Smith High School.
