Joseph Schwartz

Joseph Schwartz is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Counsel at the Managed Funds Association since July 2021, Joseph also previously held the role of Director and Counsel within the same organization. Prior to this, Joseph worked at KPMG US from October 2017 to July 2021, where the positions held included Senior Associate and Associate. Academic achievements include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law/Taxation with Honors and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from The University of Alabama School of Law, alongside a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
