Jagmeet Singh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical operations, currently serving as the Business Unit Head and Vertical Lead for Customer Success at mFilterIt since July 2017. In previous roles, Singh managed relationships with C-level executives and handled accounts for both SMBs and enterprises globally. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager in Technical Customer Success, where responsibilities encompassed investigating publisher traffic to mitigate fraud and enhancing fraud detection algorithms. Prior to mFilterIt, Singh worked as an Assistant Operations Manager and intern at 6d Technologies. Singh holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Computer Aided Management, both from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
