Tomasz Bentkowski is the Regional Director at mFinanse S.A., where they have successfully restructured the sales team to achieve top business performance. With nearly 20 years of experience in sales team management, Tomasz specializes in transforming underperforming teams into effective, successful units. They actively mentor and coach employees, both within their organization and as a committed member of the Board of the Fundacja PoMOC dla Płodności. Tomasz holds a master’s degree in Economics, Finance and Banking from SGH and has completed postgraduate studies in Professional Coaching at Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego in Warsaw.
