Marcel Siemon is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and project management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MFL GROUP since February 2020, Marcel also held the position of Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Prior experience includes work as a Maschinenbauingenieur at Ernst Koch GmbH & Co. KG from April 2018 to November 2019 and as a Baustatiker at Rau Ingenieure from September 2011 to March 2018. Marcel holds a Master of Engineering in Internationales Projektingenieurwesen from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund, obtained in March 2021, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Maschinenbau from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen, completed in 2017.
