Concepta Nakajooga is a Customer Support Agent who is passionate about resolving customers’ problems and finding more efficient ways to support them. She is responsible for demonstrating detailed product knowledge when assisting clients, either on the phone or on mail, and sometimes through online training sessions. Her main priority has always been finding ways to serve customers effectively and making sure they enjoy their experience on the system, in the hope of referring others who need similar services. She aims to prioritize customer needs through offering best tips which will help them easily adapt to the platform in order to meet their business goals. Before joining Beyonic, Concepta worked as a Secretary/Political Assistant in Parliament. In her free time, she likes to draw and play board games.
