Jim Oser

Director, IT Services And Support at TRANZACT

Jim Oser has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim started their career at Fishers Foods in 1999, where they served as an Assistant Store Manager, Night Manager, and took on responsibilities in stock and pack management. In 2008, they joined TruBridge Inc. and worked as both a Sales Floor Manager and Insurance Agent, achieving goals set by the company. Afterward, they transitioned to the role of Systems Manager, responsible for managing systems at TruBridge Inc. from 2011 to 2016. Since 2016, Jim Oser has been working at TRANZACT as the Director of IT Services and Support, leading the Support Desk operations and managing ticket, incident, and change management.

Jim Oser attended Kent State University from 2002 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. During their time at Kent State University, from 2002 to 2004, they also obtained an Associate degree in Arts with a concentration in General Business. In terms of additional certifications, Jim obtained a Life/Health Insurance License from the State of Ohio in 2009 and an ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in 2019.
