MG Talents is a staff augmentation partner based in Antananarivo, Madagascar. We embed senior React, Node.js and PostgreSQL developers directly into European SaaS teams, working in your tools, your rituals and your priorities, under your technical direction.

Unlike generalist outsourcing or black-box agencies, our developers operate as members of your team. You keep control of architecture, prioritisation and quality through your normal code reviews and rituals; we provide the senior capacity. Our engineers are bilingual (French and English) and aligned with European time zones, with only one to three hours' difference, so collaboration happens in real time rather than offline.

We work mainly with European B2B SaaS companies of 10 to 50 people, from post-seed to Series A, who need to add senior engineering capacity quickly without a months-long hiring cycle and without permanent headcount.

Every engagement can start with a paid two-week trial on your real backlog, credited toward your first month if you continue. An NDA is signed and company equipment provided before any access to your systems. You gain senior capacity, fast, without losing technical control.
