MGreen holds a controlling stake in Solar Philippines New Energy Corporation (SPNEC), which is developing what is poised to be the world’s largest solar and battery facility. Terra Solar Philippines, Inc., a subsidiary of SPNEC, is constructing a 3,500 MWp solar power plant paired with a 4,500 MWh battery energy storage system in Central Luzon.
