Cecile Genson is the current Responsable de la Direction de la Ressource Militante and serves as an Administratrice for UTML and Institut de recherche en prevention sante (IRPS). They have previously held the position of Déléguée départementale at MGEN from 2018 to 2023, where they focused on the development of the public hospital service and the prevention of professional risks. Their extensive experience includes leadership roles at Data Base Factory and Adecco, overseeing large teams and managing client relations. Genson holds multiple master's degrees, including in Management of Social Organizations from IAE Caen and a Master's from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
