Isabelle Mergey

Isabelle MERGEY has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Responsable Développement RH et Projets RH at MGEN since November 2022. In this role, Isabelle oversees national HR projects, represents management in transversal initiatives, and provides guidance on competency development plans and recruitment. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Corsair, where Isabelle held multiple HR leadership roles, managing complex HR projects, providing support to directors and managers, and developing recruitment and training strategies. Earlier positions include roles at Eco-Emballages and in various assistant roles in HR. Isabelle holds a Master 2 in Management des ressources humaines from Groupe IGS Formation Continue and has additional qualifications in social law and human resources management from ESM A and La Sorbonne.
