Muriel Pico

Muriel Pico has extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation, currently serving as DRH Groupe MGEN and Directrice Transformation et Ressources Humaines at MGEN since February 2005. Responsibilities include structuring the Group's HR policy, defining and overseeing support programs, crafting social strategy to secure organizational transformations, and managing a team of 110 individuals. Previously, as Directrice Ressources Humaines Assurances, Muriel developed and implemented HR policies for the insurance domain, focusing on continuous performance improvement. Prior to MGEN, Muriel worked at CNP Assurances in organizational mission roles and at Informatique CDC in various capacities, including HR advisor and IT project manager. Muriel holds an Executive Master in Human Resources from Sciences Po, a sociological consultancy degree from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers, and a maîtrise in management sciences from Université Paris-Est Créteil.
